Order Acceptance Policy
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any valid reason. If we do not have the quantity of an item you ordered, we may attempt to contact you, however we reserve the right, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. From time to time, in order to protect the security of your information, we may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Holland Computers, Inc. does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within five (5) business days of the requested delivery date, or within the ten (10) business days prior to Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas due to a seasonally high volume of orders during these times.

We make every attempt to provide accurate product information at all times. However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

We reserve the right to charge a RESTOCKING FEE of up to 20% of the price paid if delivery of an item is refused for reasons other than shipping damage, the item is defective or that it is 'not-as-advertised'. Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded in this event. All restocking fees will be waived if the refused package was approved by Holland Computers prior to receiving. All returns are subject to an in store on online credit and will be applied to new orders at time of purchase.
Depending on product availability, holidays, and shipping time some orders may take 7 to 10 days to receive. Due to carrier pickup times Eastern Standard Time (EST) you’re your shipment may not ship until the following business day, this includes air shipments. We reserve the right on all orders to ship “Best Way” via UPS, FedEx, or USPS using current shipping rates and pickup times. A confirmation email will be sent to the address listed on the order upon entry. Additionally, an email will be sent to the same email address when the order has been shipped. The customer also acknowledges that we ship without a signature required and any claims of not receiving the item are between the customer and the shipper using provided tracking information.
This policy is to insure your shipment will be received in the shortest timeframe possible.
